The king-size bed was comfortable, and the room was appointed in modern décor, making me feel instantly at home. the bathroom was pretty clean, and the amenities like the microwave and mini-refrigerator were a nice touch. the breakfast was pretty decent, with a nice variety of options for both hot and cold breakfast choices. The staff was all amazing! Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and very polite, and the lady who makes the breakfast was sweet and attentive. the housekeeping staff were welcoming and always ready to assist when needed. the hotel's location in desirable Franciscan Square was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance, and the game area with large connect four and chess was a fun addition. Overall, my experience at Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn & Suites Steubenville was fantastic. From the beautiful room to the convenient amenities like the indoor pool and fitness center, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
